PINK SOLIDS WITH 'GENTLER TIMES' BY LORI HOLT FOR RILEY BLAKE FABRICS ALTERNATING SQUARES

This kit is designed for a 'checkerboard' layout alternating the main fabric (48 pieces) with one kind of solid or plain fabric (48 pieces).  In this case the alternating fabric is Lori Holt 'Gentler Times' in a coral colour, partnered with a range of solid pinks.

• DESIGN LAYOUT: 96 x four ½ inch finished square blocks — 8 across x 12 down in a checkerboard design.

• FINISHED QUILT SIZE: Throw 36" x 54" (91cm x 137cm)

• WHAT'S INCLUDED: 96 x pre-cut square fabric pieces for your quilt top, plus printed step-by-step instructions.

• EQUIPMENT: Basic sewing machine (optional), ruler, needle, cotton thread, pins, iron, scissors, basting spray (optional), un-picker.

• SKILLS:  Absolute beginner - basic machine straight stitch or hand sewing capability with consistent seam allowance.
