DEMONSTRATIONS + CLASSES

Join us for demonstrations and short classes to learn piecing techniques and basic quilting skills.  We love sharing easy methods to make a great project.

We currently run 15-20 minute sessions covering curved piecing, how to put together clamshell and hexagon quilts with large blocks, along with drunkards path piecing.  We also cover drunkards path and HST trimming and layout options in some of our classes.  These are generally held as part of an event/expo/market etc and you can see upcoming dates on our Events page.

Coming soon - we are planning a longer, introduction to quilting class that will cover putting together quilt tops, sandwiching your quilt, quilting options and binding options which will run in conjunction with a pop-up shop.  If you have a group interested in seeing some basic quilting information, get in touch hello@quiltkits.com.au.  We travel  around Southern NSW, Sydney and ACT.
